Sign into your MFP as 'admin' or as I users with xeAdministrator role.
In the top right corner of the app, a cog wheel representing the settings section is displayed. Open the settings by clicking on the cog wheel
Administrators (user admin or any user with an administrator role in the machine) has a settings section (visible as a cog wheel in the top right corner).
When clicked, an administrator can add or remove email addresses to be used for the call request). Remove any addresses that should not be used as recipient.
Add any valid email address by pressing "Add Recipient".
